Job DescriptionYou will lead end-to-end financial planning, management reporting, and strategic business partnering for SEEK’s Product and AI divisions. You will advise leaders on investment choices, resolve complex financial challenges, and turn insights into action that drives performance.
You will manage a Senior Finance Business Partner and work closely with the Head of Finance – Product and AI to align priorities, uplift decision quality, and strengthen financial discipline across a critical part of SEEK’s P&L.
You will connect teams across Finance and Business Services to improve visibility, enhance systems, and champion continuous improvement, including the use of AI to boost efficiency. You will succeed by building trusted relationships, influencing senior stakeholders, and delivering clear, executive-level insights on drivers, results, and ROI.
Key responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships across Product and AI; drive mutual accountability and alignment.
- Manage budgeting and forecasting; translate outputs into sharp driver-based insights.
- Own monthly management reporting; deliver executive-ready analysis on performance drivers.
- Advise on business cases and investments; shape ROI-led decisions and optimisation.
- Lead initiatives to improve financial visibility; deliver domain and AI compute cost reporting.
- Implement process and system enhancements; embed continuous improvement using AI.
- Partner across FABS (R2R, FP&A, IR, Procurement) to unblock, align and deliver.
- CA/CPA with 10+ years post-qualification in large, complex organisations.
- Proven leadership in commercial finance across FP&A, business partnering and reporting.
- Track record influencing senior leaders and negotiating outcomes across priorities.
- Strong analytical skills; advanced communication and executive presentation capability.
- Experience building relationships in matrix environments; agile ways of working.
- Oracle, Excel and PowerPoint proficiency; curiosity to experiment with AI.
