Job DescriptionAt SEEK, we’re reimagining what’s possible in work and careers. As a Senior Finance Business Partner, you’ll play a key role in helping our leaders make smart, informed decisions that drive SEEK’s success across Technology function.
Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, you’ll manage the full planning and forecasting cycle, deliver strategic insights, and influence decisions that shape SEEK’s product and technology investments. You’ll work closely with senior leaders, building trusted partnerships and providing financial clarity that helps them focus on what matters most — creating impact for candidates and hirers.
This is a role where you’ll blend commercial thinking with strategic insight. Success looks like driving value through meaningful analysis, improving how we forecast and report, and helping SEEK achieve its long-term growth ambitions.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with leaders to turn financial insights into actions that drive growth;
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and business case modelling that supports decision-making;
- Deliver clear, data-driven management reports that highlight performance and opportunities;
- Build strong relationships across Finance and Technology to influence outcomes;
- Contribute to external investor reporting and support the bi-annual audit process;
- Maintain robust financial controls and ensure compliance with SEEK Group policies; and
- Identify smarter, faster ways to improve reporting and analysis.
Qualifications
- Degree in finance, accounting or a related field;
- CA or CPA qualification (or equivalent);
- 5+ years’ experience in commercial or business partnering roles;
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders in complex organisations;
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, Oracle experience a plus; and
- Strong financial modelling and performance reporting capability.
