About the role

We are seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner to provide embedded business finance support, drive strategic decision-making, and deliver financial insights to our Commercial Business Units and Medical teams.

Your role will be varied and will include:

  • Develop and lead the implementation of the overall business excellence strategy
  • Drive business target setting, forecasting processes, and annual brand planning to ensure competitive and agile decision-making.
  • Design and implement Sales Force Incentive programs aligned with business objectives.
  • Develop high-quality business analytics to support strategy implementation, performance management, and decision-making.
  • Lead business transformation initiatives by identifying emerging trends, spotting new opportunities, and enhancing customer engagement.
  • Optimize resource allocation, geographic deployment, segmentation, and targeting to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Assess and propose innovative business models to address evolving customer needs and market dynamics.

About you

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced finance professional with a passion for delivering results and driving business success. You will have a strong background in finance and accounting, coupled with excellent leadership and influencing skills.

You will need:

  • Experience or exposure to above-country roles or key enterprise projects, with a focus on global/local strategy development and implementation.
  • Proven success in Business Unit Leadership, particularly in product launches, high-growth environments, or performance turnarounds.
  • Expertise in digital transformation, AI strategy, and omnichannel customer engagement.
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience in sales force effectiveness, marketing excellence, and business insights.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and networking skills, with a track record of building strategic alliances and driving change.
