What this opportunity involves:
Join the dynamic team at One & Two Melbourne Quarter as our Senior Engineering Services Manager. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and engineering of all operational aspects of this premium property development, ensuring implementation and adherence to established policies and procedures
An overview of the role:
Compliance & Certification
· Ensure compliance with all relevant statutory authorities and good engineering practices for property structure, façade, fixtures, fittings, finishes and services
· Maintain adherence to Lendlease GMR performance standards
· Obtain certification from contractors and consultants for all essential services
· Prepare annual Fire Safety Statements and relevant documentation
· Ensure Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety compliance including contractor induction and site-specific risk management plans
Maintenance & Risk Management
· Coordinate effective management of all property services and works
· Undertake periodic building and plant inspections to determine repair work extent, priority and safety aspects
· Supervise specialist contractors ensuring contract compliance and GMR adherence
· Implement and maintain JLL computerised Planned Preventative Maintenance, TSR, Work Order Systems, and risk & compliance platforms (Edge, iComply, Prism)
· Manage tenant refurbishment processes ensuring all approvals and certificates are obtained
· Identify and implement energy, water and waste conservation initiatives
Budgets & Reporting
· Prepare annual property operations and capital works budgets
· Monitor and update budgets quarterly
· Provide input into monthly operational reports
· Participate in Owner specific programs including GMR Program, 3rd Party Risk Audits, and Sustainability Programs

· Demonstrated ability to prioritise work within tight operational and financial deadlines
· Positive approach to meeting client needs while managing tenant expectations
· Strong customer service ethic with ability to empathise with tenant needs
· Excellent communication skills across all levels
· Minimum 5 years' experience as a senior Technical Operations Manager in A Grade or Premium Assets
· Tertiary qualifications desirable, or Trade Certificate will be favourably considered
