Senior Electrical Engineer

What you'll do

As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you'll join a high-performing electrical team delivering complex and nationally significant projects across healthcare, aviation, defence and data centres. With a strong pipeline of secured work available immediately, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to projects from concept through to delivery while working alongside some of the industry's leading technical specialists. In this role, you will:

  • Deliver electrical engineering designs and technical solutions across a diverse range of projects
  • Prepare design documentation, specifications, reports and calculations
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across buildings, infrastructure, defence and aviation projects
  • Support project delivery through planning, coordination and stakeholder engagement
  • Work directly with clients, contractors and project teams to deliver high-quality outcomes
  • Mentor and support developing engineers and designers
  • Contribute to innovation, technical excellence and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Build expertise across emerging and high-growth sectors including data centres

What you'll bring

  • 7+ years' experience in Electrical Engineering
  • A degree qualification in Electrical Engineering
  • Experience within an engineering consultancy, contractor or major infrastructure environment
  • Experience delivering building services, infrastructure, defence, aviation, industrial or mission-critical projects
  • Strong technical design and project delivery capability
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary project teams
  • Chartered status or progress towards chartership will be highly regarded
  • Australian Citizenship is preferred
  • Eligibility to obtain an Australian Defence Security Clearance is highly desirable
