Join Shell Energy’s Consumer Digital team in Melbourne and play a key role in shaping the customer experience for Powershop’s digital channels. As the Senior Digital Product Manager, you’ll step into a high-profile role leading digital product strategy, optimisation, and delivery.
Leading a small team (one direct support) and working closely with the Head of Digital & Marketing, you’ll ensure a seamless transition and continued momentum across major initiatives.

Lead end-to-end delivery of digital projects aligned with Shell Energy’s digital strategy.
Drive optimisation of customer experiences across web and mobile platforms.
Manage the digital price change process and ensure compliant updates across products.
Partner with third-party digital agencies overseeing timelines, budgets and performance.
Maintain prioritised digital improvement roadmaps that balance business and customer outcomes.
Collaborate with Marketing, Legal and Compliance to deliver new content and product launches.
Champion conversion optimisation, SEO initiatives and digital growth opportunities.
Propose and implement innovative ideas that enhance customer engagement and business value.
Here’s what you’ll need to thrive in this role:
You’ll combine technical understanding with strong commercial and stakeholder management skills, ideally gained within a digital, SaaS or customer-centric environment. You’ll also have:
Proven experience in digital product management, preferably within large or complex organisations.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate customer insights into practical digital solutions.
Experience managing agency relationships, budgets and multiple concurrent projects.
Confidence leading cross-functional collaboration across Marketing, Legal and Compliance.
Working knowledge of SEO, CMS platforms and digital optimisation practices.
A proactive mindset, with the ability to balance strategic planning and hands-on delivery.
Tertiary qualifications in business, commerce, technology or a related discipline are desirable.
