You'll unite passionate cross-functional teams, own the portfolio's commercial performance, and shape the future of P!ckers with relentless energy, bold ideas, and genuine commercial savvy. What you'll be doing.
  • Lead development and execution of brand and portfolio strategies for P!ckers Appetisers.
  • Drive consumer-focused innovation and product development based on market insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, R&D, Manufacturing, Finance, etc.).
  • Own and optimise the portfolio's commercial performance, including P&L accountability.
  • Analyse market and consumer trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Create and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Support sales teams with forecasting and identifying growth gaps.
  • Track and report brand performance, adjusting strategies to hit business targets.

What you'll need to be successful.
  • Degree in Marketing or related field; minimum 7 years brand management experience (preferably food/beverage).
  • Proven strategic thinker with strong commercial and analytical skills.
  • Experience driving innovation and managing complex NPD projects.
  • Effective leadership and ability to unite and inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Creative flair for developing impactful brand initiatives.
  • Demonstrated growth mindset and autonomous working style.
  • Capacity for quick rapport-building and coaching teams to shared goals.
