熟悉 Prometheus/Grafana/Alertmanager 与 EFK/ELK/Loki，了解 OTel。
安全意识强：Secrets 管理、CVE 治理、镜像与依赖扫描、最小权限原则（RBAC）。
沟通与协作能力强，善于编写 Runbook、Playbook、变更方案与复盘报告。

运营过高并发链上服务（钱包、支付、撮合、跨链桥、数据索引器等）。
熟悉以太坊客户端（Geth/Nethermind/Prysm/Lighthouse）、Solana/Move 生态或 Layer2（OP Stack、Arbitrum、zk 系）。
了解服务网格、零信任、eBPF、WAF/anti-DDoS、Sidecar/原生代理加速。
有 SRE 体系经验（Error Budget、容量与可靠性治理、混沌工程）。
有 FinTech/合规背景（审计轨迹、变更合规、数据主权、PCI DSS 认知）。
