We currently have an opportunity for a Senior Customer Data Analyst. Join our Government and Integrated Facilities Management team and play a key role in turning operational, financial and performance data into insights that support effective decisions, stronger compliance and continuous improvement. Reporting to the Contract Managers, you’ll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.
What You’ll Do
This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:
- Develop and maintain performance reports, metrics and Power BI dashboards for internal and client stakeholders, including automation and data visualisation.
- Extract, reconcile and analyse operational data from systems such as Lighthouse and Timegate, resolving data issues and maintaining data integrity.
- Monitor contract KPIs, governance requirements, compliance obligations and abatement drivers, providing timely insights and supporting evidence packs.
- Prepare monthly client and operations presentation packs, management reports and data-led insights, responding accurately to stakeholder enquiries.
- Support project mobilisations, portal and SharePoint administration, process improvement initiatives, team cross-training and ad hoc analytics requests.
What You’ll Bring
- A tertiary qualification in Business, Data Analytics, Finance, IT, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in analytical, KPI reporting, governance, project management or business support roles, ideally within compliance-based service contracts.
- Proficiency in Power BI, Excel and Microsoft 365, with the ability to use AI and modern platforms to automate reporting and streamline analysis.
- Strong conceptual, analytical and problem-solving capability, with high attention to detail and a commitment to data integrity.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, sound planning and organisation, and the ability to interpret contracts, KPIs and governance frameworks.
