About the Opportunity 

As a Senior Advisor – Communications, you’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering engaging communications that build trust, enhance customer-focused thinking, and connect our people and stakeholders to Transurban’s purpose and strategy. 

You’ll join a collaborative team, who value adaptability, curiosity, and shared problem-solving to deliver meaningful outcomes together. 

As our Senior Advisor – Communications, you’ll contribute to lasting and positive changes that help shape a more customer-focused and AI-powered culture. It is complex, meaningful, and exciting work so that our customers experience faster, safer, and more reliable journeys.  

How you'll make an impact (your day-to-day): 

  • Bring our story to life: Deliver clear, engaging communications that connect people to Transurban’s strategy, purpose, and impact, using strong storytelling and customer-focused thinking.  

  • Design meaningful communications: Develop and deliver audience-led plans and content, applying critical thinking and AI & data literacy to ensure insights inform every decision.  

  • Support confident decision-making: Provide thoughtful advice to leaders and stakeholders, using commercial acumen and problem solving to shape messaging through change and growth.  

  • Create multi-channel experiences: Deliver content across channels—including digital, live events, and visual formats—adapting approaches to meet diverse audience needs and maximise engagement.  

  • Continuously improve outcomes: Use insights, feedback, and data to refine communications, demonstrating adaptability and a commitment to continuous improvement.
