The Opportunity

Join Adobe in Sydney or Melbourne as a Senior Consultant and be part of our mission to drive the next decade of growth with world-class automated and agentic solutions. You'll have the opportunity to develop a comprehensive solution for Adobe's Content Supply Chain ecosystem, ensuring flawless task management and integration. This role is ideal for ambitious individuals eager to innovate and thrive in a dynamic environment.

What you’ll do

  • Solution Building & Orchestration - Convert marketing and operational requirements into scalable Workfront structures and delivery frameworks that correspond to corporate governance, campaign speed, and content supply chain maturity.
  • Implementation & Enablement - Configure, optimise, and embed Workfront and related integrations (Creative Cloud, AEM, Fusion, GenStudio, etc.) to drive process efficiency, visibility, and alignment across teams.
  • Process Simplification - Find opportunities to simplify, automate, and standardise processes across marketing, media, and agency operating models, ensuring measurable time-to-market and efficiency improvements.
  • Ecosystem Integration - Connect Workfront within the broader Enterprise MRM ecosystem, integrating with upstream strategy and downstream activation systems for seamless flow of briefs, assets, and insights.
  • Performance & Continuous Improvement - Track and improve adoption, utilisation, and value realisation. Refine workflows and dashboards to surface actionable performance data for business leaders.
  • Collaboration & Partner Management - Partner with marketing, PMO, and digital leads to align Workfront capabilities with business outcomes. Ensure transparency, accountability, and confidence across the delivery chain.
  • Training & Change Leadership - Drive capability uplift through structured training, mentoring, and best-practice frameworks to ensure teams are confident, consistent, and empowered in the Workfront environment.
  • Innovation & Thought Leadership - Stay abreast of trends in marketing operations, the efficiency enabled by AI, and the evolution of enterprise content supply chains. Introduce innovative ideas and tools to enhance outcomes and boost efficiency!

What you need to succeed:

  • Proven experience delivering Workfront or marketing operations solutions in enterprise or agency environments.
  • Deep understanding of marketing workflows, media production, and creative operations.
  • Strong capability in process design, governance frameworks, and change management.
  • Familiarity with the Adobe ecosystem (AEM, Creative Cloud, Fusion, GenStudio, Analytics) and adjacent MRM or DAM platforms.
  • Ability to connect the tactical to the strategic—seeing how tools and processes drive bigger-picture transformation.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills; comfortable influencing at all levels.
  • A growth mindset—curious, adaptable, and passionate about continuous improvement.
