How will you make a difference?
Support and maintain detailed revenue forecast, budget, and long-range plans across all revenue streams
Assist with revenue-related reporting for quarterly earnings call, MD&A and related analysis
Analyze actual revenue performance versus forecast and budget, identifying key trends, variances, and drivers
Collaborate closely with Sales and Product teams to understand drivers for forecast and budget
Monitor key performance indicators and maintain dashboards for tracking business performance
Enhance and improve financial planning models for both short-term as well as multi-year forecast
Become a power user of the Hyperion planning system and SmartView add-in to facilitate efficient reporting and planning process.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
4-7 years of experience in a financial role
Required Skills, Talents & Experience
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel including complex formulas, pivot tables and charts
Ability to employ complex analytical tools and statistics to perform analysis and forecasting of financial and other business information. Extensive modeling experience required
Strong business modeling skills, capable of translating business logic to modeling logic to bring insights to the senior management team and support the business teams as needed
Strong interpersonal and consultative communication skills with well-developed presentation skills
Ability to manage competing priorities effectively, making good decisions based on business priorities and objectives
Preferred Skills, Talents & Experience
CPA or MBA degree a plus

Base Pay:
72,000.00 - 90,000.00 USD AnnualTarget Annual Short-Term Incentive:
