We have an exciting opportunity for an Entity Governance and Compliance Senior Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be focusing on the delivery of local Entity Governance and Compliance services to clients in Australia (both domestic and foreign registered). The role is focused on the delivery of both Australian subsidiary compliance and listed company compliance for entities registered in Australia and New Zealand, with time sensitivities.

A role you will love
In this role you are responsible for delivering high-quality entity compliance, governance, and transaction-related services to domestic and international clients. This includes drafting documents, preparing ASIC forms and supporting lodgements, advising clients on compliance requirements, maintaining company registers and corporate records, making GEMS (Global Entity Management) system updates and providing administrative support for advisory governance and managed service client engagement
Some key responsibilities:
- Deliver entity compliance, corporate secretarial, governance, and transaction-related assistance for clients.
- Draft documents, prepare ASIC forms, support lodgements and advise clients on compliance requirements.
- Support ASIC annual reviews, company changes, officer and share updates, registered office and principal place of business changes, and other ASIC registry requirements.
- Prepare and maintain corporate secretarial records, including company registers, officer details, shareholding records, resolutions and other governance documentation.
- Provide administrative support for listed governance team and managed service client engagements.
- Support the use of technology to deliver services.
- Establish and maintain internal and external client relationships.
- Support business with efficient operations, templates, streamlining processes, and reporting.
- Establish, maintain, and grow strong client relationships to support retention and growth
What will you bring to the role?
- Extensive experience of company secretarial, and/or governance experience preferably in professional services and/or industry environment, or legal/paralegal experience.
- Strong IT skills suitable for modern administrative roles
- Experience with entity management, legal matter management and/or billing systems supporting service delivery is preferred.
- High level communication skills for clear verbal and written communications with clients.
