Support ANZ financial reporting and governance by performing month-end close, preparing statutory financial statements and regulatory reports, assisting audits, strengthening controls, and driving process improvements across the regional finance function.

Provide expert employee relations advice across complex, global operations: manage high-risk ER cases and investigations, advise on Fair Work Act and Modern Awards, support restructures and WorkCover matters, coach leaders, partner with Legal, deliver training, and contribute to policy and process improvements.

Serve as first point of contact for customers in a contact centre environment, resolving enquiries, managing administrative tasks across multiple systems, prioritizing competing requests, and delivering empathetic, high-quality customer experiences while working collaboratively in a fast-paced team.
