Processes securityholder transactions and account maintenance requests accurately and within service levels. Reviews documentation, updates personal, banking, tax, and other records, manages complex transactions including deceased and bankrupt estates, ensures compliance with Australian legislation and ASIC regulations, investigates processing queries, coordinates correspondence, and supports continuous process improvement and customer-focused outcomes.

Perform daily, weekly, and monthly bank account reconciliations; investigate and resolve discrepancies; manage reconciling items; prepare reports; maintain documentation; liaise with stakeholders and banking partners; ensure compliance with controls and regulatory requirements; and support process improvement and system testing.

Maintain and improve the ANZ compliance risk framework, monitor regulatory and industry requirements, assess and mitigate compliance risks, update policies, deliver training, prepare reports, advise business units, and support regulatory inquiries. The role collaborates with Compliance, Risk, Legal, auditors, regulators, and international stakeholders while ensuring compliance with Privacy, AML, AFSL, and ASX/NSX frameworks.

Analyze international securities-market and regulatory developments across Asia Pacific, assess their effects on business operations, strategy, clients, and capital markets, and develop response strategies. Identify commercial opportunities and risks, advise senior stakeholders, present complex issues, and represent Computershare in industry discussions and negotiations to influence regulatory and market outcomes.

Provides day-to-day administration for employee share plans, including regulatory reporting, participant email support, employee data entry, share transfers, vesting, allocations, and purchases. Maintains internal procedures and documentation while coordinating with teams and stakeholders to meet service expectations. Requires strong communication, organization, attention to detail, problem-solving, time management, Microsoft Excel skills, and the ability to manage changing priorities independently and collaboratively.

Provides day-to-day administrative and operational support for employee share plans. Responsibilities include generating and interpreting transactional reports, responding to participant enquiries, entering employee data into internal systems, and preparing share transfers and payments. The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, time management, Excel proficiency, initiative, flexibility, and the ability to manage changing priorities independently and collaboratively.

Supports corporate action events including capital raisings, mergers and acquisitions, dividends, distributions, and tax requirements. Coordinates with clients, shareholders, banks, and financial institutions; manages documentation dispatch, reporting, project milestones, stakeholder updates, and compliance with internal procedures and corporate legislation. Requires strong organization, communication, problem-solving, customer focus, adaptability, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Oversee global treasury accounting, valuation, reporting, reconciliations, audits, and financial controls across derivatives, foreign exchange, investments, and other treasury products. Provide technical IFRS guidance, develop accounting policies and governance frameworks, support regulatory compliance, and lead process improvements and system enhancements. Partner with Treasury, Accounting, Finance, auditors, and senior stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions.

Supports the ANZ Compliance Program by monitoring regulatory developments, maintaining compliance records, conducting compliance testing, analyzing risk and compliance data, and preparing regulatory, management, and governance reports. The role also assists with complaints, breaches, audits, regulatory submissions, compliance communications, and regulatory change initiatives while partnering with business stakeholders across Australia and New Zealand.

Support and enhance the Business Resilience Framework across ANZ by conducting business impact assessments, coordinating continuity planning and testing, supporting crisis and operational resilience initiatives, monitoring resilience risks and incidents, advising stakeholders, and contributing to governance, regulatory reviews, and audits.

Provide expert employee relations advice across complex, global operations: manage high-risk ER cases and investigations, advise on Fair Work Act and Modern Awards, support restructures and WorkCover matters, coach leaders, partner with Legal, deliver training, and contribute to policy and process improvements.
