Support and enhance the Business Resilience Framework across ANZ by conducting business impact assessments, coordinating continuity planning and testing, supporting crisis and operational resilience initiatives, monitoring resilience risks and incidents, advising stakeholders, and contributing to governance, regulatory reviews, and audits.

Manage logistics, registrations, suppliers, invitations, attendee communications, budgets, invoices, databases, and stakeholder deliverables. Support email marketing, social media promotion, and go-to-market campaigns; monitor event performance, prepare post-event reports, and recommend improvements. Build effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to deliver high-quality client experiences.

Lead APAC B2B marketing programs for Issuer Services, including content strategy, thought leadership, campaigns, launches, SEO, demand generation, sales enablement, and performance analysis. Translate complex business topics into compelling content across digital, social, web, email, webinars, videos, and sales collateral. Collaborate with regional teams, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to strengthen brand presence, engage audiences, and support commercial growth.

Supports corporate action events including capital raisings, mergers and acquisitions, dividends, distributions, and tax requirements. Coordinates with clients, shareholders, banks, and financial institutions; manages documentation dispatch, reporting, project milestones, stakeholder updates, and compliance with internal procedures and corporate legislation. Requires strong organization, communication, problem-solving, customer focus, adaptability, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Design, develop, test, deploy, support, and improve enterprise-scale .NET applications. Participate in L3 on-call support, troubleshoot production incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and resolve complex technical challenges. Contribute to engineering standards and continuous improvement while collaborating with stakeholders and mentoring junior developers in an Agile and DevOps environment.

Provides customer support for a utilities team through phone, email, and webchat. Responsibilities include resolving enquiries, following established processes, identifying customers requiring additional support, serving internal and external stakeholders, participating in team knowledge sharing, and contributing to productivity, quality, and service improvements.

Design, develop, and deliver e-learning, workshops, classroom training, and blended learning programs. Facilitate induction and upskilling, partner with stakeholders to identify capability needs, evaluate learning effectiveness using feedback and performance data, support quality improvement initiatives, manage learning projects, and maintain training records.
