The Manager will deliver governance and compliance services, assist clients with company secretarial duties, and enhance governance frameworks while ensuring regulatory adherence.

Serve as first point of contact for customers in a contact centre environment, resolving enquiries, managing administrative tasks across multiple systems, prioritizing competing requests, and delivering empathetic, high-quality customer experiences while working collaboratively in a fast-paced team.
