About the Opportunity
As a Senior Communications Specialist, you’ll play a key role in championing our customers by developing and delivering proactive and reactive communications for the Linkt retail brand.
You’ll join a collaborative team, who are passionate about delivering for customers and making a real difference.
As our Senior Communications Specialist, you’ll contribute to lasting and positive changes that shape the future of our cities and communities. It is complex, meaningful, and exciting work so that our customers experience faster, safer, and more reliable journeys.
How you'll make an impact (your day-to-day):
- Craft compelling, on-brand content across a range of channels (from email and SMS to our website and social media) that helps customers, drives positive action, and contributes to our business goals.
- Lead the communications response for incidents and technical upgrades, applying critical thinking to turn complex information into clear, simple, and reassuring messages.
- Advise partners on communication strategies by collaborating across teams and with external agencies, ensuring we're always putting the customer first and driving commercial value through effective messaging.
