A fantastic opportunity has presented itself for an exciting role of Senior Communications Manager reporting to the Executive Manager Industry Marketing and Communications.
A bit about your role
The purpose of the Senior Communications Manager’s role is to lead the development and implementation of nbn’s Partner communications, ensuring channels, materials, resources and collateral are aligned with nbn’s broader marketing strategy and the company’s commitment to being a brilliant wholesaler.
This role is critical in equipping nbn’s Sales team and partner ecosystem with the content & collateral required to maximise sales performance through awareness and understanding of nbn’s product portfolio, regulatory and operational updates and key promotional offers. This role is accountable for ensuring the right messages are received through the right channels at the right time, both proactively and reactively.
A bit about you
To be successful in this role it is likely that you will have strong understanding of the unique demands of creating communications for highly regulated, compliance-driven business environments; with a proven ability in translating technical, commercial and operational material into content programs to support corporate & commercial objectives. Proven experience in developing engagement and communications campaigns and managing issues and developing reactive messaging.
You will ideally have strong communication skills including engagement and influencing, coupled with the ability to translate detailed concepts into meaningful stakeholder engagement plans and communications. Strong stakeholder management and superior relationship building/ influencing skills.
