As a Commercial Marketing Manager, you’ll take ownership of delivering innovative marketing strategies and activations across all retail environments in Australia and New Zealand.

Your Role:

  • Develop integrated marketing plans to drive brand consideration and sell-through across PUMA, wholesale, full-price, and outlet environments.
  • Plan and execute campaigns aligned with business strategy, managing Marketing Calendars to support key launches, activations, and new store openings.
  • Drive traffic, consideration, and conversation through various channels and ensure asset and imagery guidelines are followed for key launches.
  • Develop local marketing toolkits for community-focused activities and deliver post-campaign reports to stakeholders.
  • Manage team member engagement and incentive activities with Sales and Retail Operations teams.
  • Build meaningful relationships with internal teams, third-party agencies, and partners, while liaising with Regional and Global Marketing teams on bespoke projects.
  • Align social media messaging and content with the Brand Marketing team.
  • Support Go-To-Market sell-in presentations, seasonal marketing planning, and track competitor activity, sharing insights across the business.
  • Manage campaign and annual budgets, processing invoices and planning seasonal product seeding for gifting, influencer activity, and promotions.
  • Support preparation and communication of Digital Asset packs.

YOUR TALENT

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • 3-5 years of Trade/Retail Marketing experience for a multi-category brand, ideally in the sport/lifestyle industry.
  • Strong project and budget management skills.
  • Proven relationship management and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Expertise in marketing calendar development, management, and execution.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented, resourceful, proactive, and highly organized.
  • Self-motivated with a passion for creative marketing.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (expert level) and Photoshop (beginner level).
