Responsibilities
- Spring Boot, JPA, Koltin 기반 백엔드 아키텍처 설계, 개발, 운영
- 동료의 코드 리뷰를 통한 협업 강화 및 지식 공유
- 각종 테스트 설계 및 수행
- 기획 → 릴리스까지 신규 기능의 End-to-End 주도
- 성능 모니터링과 리팩터링을 통한 지속적 품질·퍼포먼스 개선
Requirements
- 6년 이상의 JVM 기반의 실무 경험 또는 그에 준하는 역량
- 컴퓨터 사이언스 전공 혹은 그에 준하는 탄탄한 기초 지식을 보유
- RDB, Redis, Kafka 등과의 연동 및 운영 경험
- 문제 해결 능력이 우수하고, 새로운 기술에 대한 빠른 학습과 적용이 가능
- 다양한 직군, 다양한 문화권과 원활하게 협업할 수 있는 커뮤니케이션 역량
- 스타트업 마인드셋을 바탕으로 제품의 0→1 product를 경험
Preferred Qualifications
- 동료 간 의견 대립 상황에서 원활한 커뮤니케이션과 갈등 해결 능력 보유
- 트래픽 급증 상황에서도 시스템을 안정적으로 유지한 경험
- 고가용성의 확장 가능한 시스템을 설계하고 운영해본 경험
- SQL Query 최적화 경험
- Messaging System을 사용한 시스템 개발 및 성능 튜닝 경험
- 이벤트 기반 대용량 분산 처리 시스템의 개발 및 성능 튜닝 경험
- 성능 측정 및 부하 테스트에 대한 지식 및 경험
- 추천 시스템에 대한 관심과 이해
