Responsibilities
- CRM 전략 수립 및 실행
- 목표와 KPI를 달성하기 위해 데이터 팀과 협력하여 계획 수립
- 사용자 여정의 각 퍼널을 면밀히 분석하고, CRM 조치 최적화
- 사용자 데이터를 분석하여 사용자 경험 심층 분석
- 최적의 User Journey를 위한 각 세그먼트별 유저 메시지 계획 수립
Requirements
- CRM 경력을 2~5년 보유하신 분
- 데이터 분석 능력을 보유하신 분
- CRM 캠페인 구조를 설계하고 결과를 분석할 수 있는 능력을 보유하신 분
- User Lifecycle 마케팅에 대한 이해 및 디지털 / 오프라인 마케팅, 푸시 메시지 등 활용 방법 이해를 보유하신 분
- 문제 해결 능력을 보유하신 분 (논리적 사고, 개선점 정의, 데이터 분석 등)
- 원활한 커뮤니케이션 기술을 보유하신 분
- 학사 학위 이상을 보유하신 분
Preferred Qualifications
- 최소 2년 이상의 스타트업/IT 관련 산업 경험을 보유하신 분
- 자동화 툴 경험을 보유하신 분 (예 : Braze)
- 글로벌 마케팅 경험을 보유하신 분
- SQL을 능숙히 다루시는 분
