In this key role, you will contribute to driving excellence within CSTS’s Partner Oversight framework as part of the Oversight & Monitoring team. This is an exciting opportunity to enhance governance practices, strengthen stakeholder relationships, and influence outcomes in a highly regulated environment.
We are seeking an experienced professional with strong governance expertise and stakeholder engagement skills to elevate the quality and effectiveness of our governance program.
About the Role:
- Contribute to governance activities, including monitoring, evaluation, and advice on key governance processes.
- Assist in implementing improved governance practices, ensuring compliance with regulations and frameworks.
- Prepare reports for Board Committees and leadership forums.
- Support third-party monitoring, ensuring resolution of issues and continuous improvement.
- Evaluate and recommend technology solutions to enhance governance processes.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- Proven experience in financial services governance, ideally within managed funds or superannuation.
- Strong working knowledge of ASIC Investment Management Regulatory Guidelines and other regulatory frameworks.
- Exceptional communication, decision-making, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A continuous improvement mindset and ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- A tertiary qualification in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field.
