ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, develop, and maintain back-end services and APIs for identity and access management platforms.
- Implement best practices for performance, scalability, security, and code quality.
- Collaborate with front-end engineers, QA testers, and architects to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Participate in peer code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical design sessions.
- Integrate applications with authentication, authorization, and directory services.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automated strategies.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, software engineering, or related discipline.
- 3+ years of professional experience in back-end development.
- Strong proficiency in one or more back-end languages/frameworks ( .Net, JAVA, Spring Boot, Node.js, Python).
- Solid understanding of REST APIs, microservices architecture, and event-driven design.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases ( OracleDB, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB, etc.)
- Strong understanding of cloud services (AWS and Azure).
- Prior experience integrating legacy systems into SailPoint a bonus.
- Experience in cybersecurity or identity and access management solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.).
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
