This hands-on leadership role is designed for an individual who thrives in both a managerial capacity and enjoys actively contributing to coding, testing, and reviewing technical work. The Manager, DevOps will play a key role in leading a talented DevOps team while ensuring the successful deployment, automation, and scalability of our applications across both cloud and on-premises environments. As a technical leader, the manager will foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and innovation, while also being deeply involved in the day-to-day operations of the DevOps lifecycle.

Leadership & Team Development:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of DevOps engineers, providing both technical guidance and professional development.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture focused on innovation, accountability, and continuous learning.
- Ensure the team follows best practices and adheres to timelines and quality standards.
Hands-On Technical Contribution:
- Actively engage in coding, testing, and troubleshooting to help the team resolve complex issues.
- Review code and infrastructure changes, ensuring alignment with project requirements and quality standards.
- Work closely with development and operations teams to design and implement scalable, high-availability solutions.
Automation & CI/CD:
- Champion the automation of manual processes, promoting the use of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Develop and maintain DevOps tools and systems to improve development workflows and operational efficiency.
Process Improvement & Innovation:
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating current DevOps processes and introducing innovative solutions to optimize system performance and development cycles.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to introduce new technologies and best practices to enhance overall system reliability and security.
Incident Management & Support:
- Lead and manage incident response processes, ensuring rapid resolution of production issues and minimizing downtime.
- Implement monitoring and alerting systems to proactively detect issues and maintain system stability.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in DevOps or a related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Proven experience in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar.
- In-depth knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Go.
- Experience in cybersecurity or identity and access management solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology and tools (Jira, Confluence, TestRail, etc.).
- Familiarity with API testing (Postman, RestAssured, etc.).
- ISTQB or similar testing certifications.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
