We’re searching for a Melbourne-based Sales Administrator to join our Sales team, so that we can ensure smooth and efficient sales operations. The Sales Administrator will support the sales team with administrative and operational tasks to enable the team to focus on driving revenue and delivering exceptional service to our clients.

How You’ll Spend Your Time

  • Prepare sales documents, presentations, and proposals to support the sales team in achieving their goals.
  • Assist in generating sales reports, forecasts, and other documentation in order to enable informed decision-making.
  • Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries to ensure timely and accurate responses.
  • Manage contracts, agreements, and sales collateral to maintain proper documentation and accessibility.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for the sales team in alignment with company policies and budgets.
  • Work with finance and customers to ensure timely invoice processing and assist in resolving discrepancies.
  • Maintain and update sales databases, including Salesforce, to ensure data integrity and consistency.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare materials, and follow up on action items as needed.
  • Provide general administrative support, including managing calendars, organizing events, and ad hoc tasks.

What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having

  • Previous experience in sales administration or a similar role, preferably within the IT or software industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM software.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
