The Role

This position requires exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with utmost discretion.

Responsibilities include:

  • Prepare confidential and other documentation for distribution, presentation and discussion
  • Reporting, minute taking, coordinating meetings, reports & correspondence, diary management, booking travel
  • Assist with project and proposals administration and management, including invoices, timesheets, filing, QMS
  • Draft and develop blogs, newsletters and communications
  • Preparation for regular team meetings
  • Minute taking
  • Organise travel
  • Travel expense reconciliation
  • Manage workstations and IT allocations for staff
  • Other duties as and when required

Experience and Qualifications required:

To be successful in this role, you will ideally possess:

  • Considerable experience in business administration
  • Demonstrated EA experience, including ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office
  • Ability to manage varying stakeholders
  • Highly organised
  • Collaborative working style, yet able to work autonomously
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to efficiently juggle competing priorities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Sharepoint skills are highly desirable

Mandatory

  • Australian Citizenship – mandatory; and
  • Ability to obtain and maintain an AGSVA Baseline clearance
