The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a(n) Senior Account Representative for our Health Information Systems Division (HISD), you will drive year-over-year sales growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities, while also expanding, upselling, and renewing existing customer relationships. Your focus will be on promoting Solventum’s enterprise AI-powered software platform-including speech recognition, ambient listening, autonomous clinical coding, data analytics and consultancy services-to help healthcare organizations improve documentation quality and accuracy. You’ll collaborate with a diverse and innovative global team to make a meaningful impact by:


  • Consistently achieving or exceeding individual and divisional sales targets.
  • Identifying, qualifying, and cultivating new leads into credible sales opportunities.
  • Leveraging knowledge and demonstrated experience selling complex, high-value ($500K+) technology solutions across multiple departments within large hospital systems.
  • Delivering impactful customer presentations, demonstrating value to C-suite stakeholders, and guiding contracts through closure.
  • Maintaining and expanding a strong industry network through social, digital, and in-person engagement.
  • Utilizing a full range of virtual and onsite sales techniques.
  • Supporting formal tender response processes and documentation.
  • Representing Solventum Health Information Systems Division at trade exhibitions, conferences, and customer demonstrations.

Company Vehicle

This position requires driving a company vehicle, which will require pre-employment and ongoing review of motor vehicle history for candidates who are offered and hired for this position.

 


 Your Skills and Expertise 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree AND 5 years experience selling and delivering complex technology and consultancy solutions valued at $500k+ to large hospital systems

OR

  • Highschool/ GED AND 7 Years experience selling and delivering complex technology and consultancy solutions valued at $500k+ to large hospital systems


AND

In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:

  • 7 years experience meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • 3 Years experience managing client relationships at Executive/C-Suite level
  • Current, valid Driver’s License.

 

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:


  • Experience with AI speech recognition, ambient listening, autonomous clinical coding, data analytics or Health IT solutions
  • Proven ‘hunter’ sales mentality, with a drive to close new business.
  • Strong relationship-building and influencing skills.
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and passionate for healthcare and Health technology.
  • Strategic thinker with high business acumen.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
  • Uncompromising integrity and a collaborative spirit.

 

Additional Requirements


In this role, you may be required to enter healthcare or other third-party facilities. Those facilities may, in turn, require you to possess certain licenses, vaccinations, and/or other credentials or qualifications (collectively “prerequisites to entry”) for regulatory, safety, or other business reasons. All information will be kept in accordance with applicable law and Solventum policies. In order to respond to the prerequisites to entry, Solventum may share your information with the providers of medical screens, vaccinations, or verifications as well as the healthcare or other third-party facilities requiring the prerequisites to entry.

Applicable to Canadian Applicants. The expected compensation range for this position is $148,586 - $184,390 CAD, which reflects the anticipated base salary for this role. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as a candidate’s experience, skills, training, and work location, in alignment with Canadian pay equity and pay transparency requirements. This role may also be eligible for additional compensation components (e.g., incentive programs) and a comprehensive suite of benefits available to employees in Canada.
