The role supports Chapter Type Leads and Security Engineering (CTLs) through Agile delivery orchestration, operational performance management, reporting, analytics, and system administration.

What you’ll do:

  • Managing operational support for Security, including performance metrics, analytics, and reporting via Workday, Interactions, and Fieldglass. 

  • Development and management of Chapter specific reporting capabilities to ensure effective business outcomes are achieved using data. 

  • Delivering performance improvements across the Chapter based on data insights 

  • Coordinating with CTL and Program Managers to align available capacity and capabilities to delivery priorities. 

  • Assist CTLs with driving a service improvement plan for their specific portfolio 

  • Supporting backlog refinement, dependency management, and stakeholder engagement to maintain delivery momentum. 

  • Ensuring work is sequenced and progressed to meet agreed timelines and outcomes. 

  • Contributing to cross-Chapter Area initiatives, such as the Champion Program. 

  • Acting as a point of contact for operational governance tasks and system administration. 

About you:

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and support operational reporting, analytics, and performance management using Telstra reporting systems (PowerBI, Excel, Power Query etc) 

  • Advanced level of proficiency with MS Excel 

  • Proficiency in enterprise systems including Workday and Fieldglass. 

  • Strong stakeholder engagement, negotiation and coordination skills. 

Desired Skills:

  • Knowledge and use of Telstra’s business planning, performance, and Game Plan way of working 

  • Knowledge of current trends & focus within the Security industry.
