As part of a growing and dynamic function, this role as a Securities Lending Analyst offers a unique opportunity to a high impact area of the business. You'll be responsible for executing daily operational tasks, maintaining rigorous adherence to established controls, policies and procedures, and delivering exceptional support to our trading team. 

As the program grows, you'll play a vital role in shaping and strengthening our operational capabilities within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.

Core Responsibilities

  • Identifies and resolves complex operational issues. Coaches less tenured crew on subject-matter expertise. Supports management with review of daily, weekly, and monthly deliverables. Identifies opportunities to enhance processes supporting fund initiatives, reporting requirements, or regulatory changes.

  • Monitors and oversees the resolution of operational issues relating to securities lending. Maintains management reporting.

  • Serves as a liaison with the management team, as well as internal and external business partners. Proactively resolves elevated issues relating to stakeholder relationships, elevates to management as necessary.

  • Partners with internal partners and stakeholders to determine the scope and requirements for program level initiatives. Creates impact analysis, recommends solutions, and support project implementation.

  • Oversees the process of documenting all procedures, including creation and maintenance of materials. Tracks and documents adherence to various control standards to ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.

  • Maintains risk mitigation controls, contingency preparation, and end-user computing tools. Supports new product launches.

  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of three years related work experience.

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Accounting, Finance, or Economics degree preferred.
