Manages web product specialists and partners across Marketing, Technology, CX, Data, Design, Risk, Compliance, and external vendors. The role translates client and business needs into priorities, oversees AEM Cloud modernization, improves discoverability and conversion, and ensures regulatory, privacy, security, and operational requirements are met.

Leads hands-on development of AI-enabled applications, automations, and data solutions for investment and finance teams. Embeds with portfolio managers, traders, researchers, and finance professionals to identify opportunities, modernize spreadsheet and EUCT workflows, and deliver governed production capabilities. Establishes engineering and AI evaluation patterns, guides technical direction, mentors engineers, and partners with security, risk, architecture, and platform teams. Requires strong software and data engineering expertise, Python proficiency, cloud AI and data platform experience, and financial-services domain knowledge.

Leads investment stewardship research, proxy voting analysis, governance-risk assessment, and voting recommendations for portfolio companies. Supports engagement with boards and executives, presents findings to stakeholders, builds internal and external relationships, leads governance and risk-improvement initiatives, and mentors junior analysts. Requires strong corporate governance, stewardship, analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management capabilities.

Leads Vanguard’s APAC investment stewardship team, overseeing corporate engagement, proxy voting, governance assessments, and recommendations. Engages portfolio company boards and executives, advises senior leadership on stewardship and regulatory developments, contributes to public policy positions, and serves as a subject matter expert. The role also includes team development, stakeholder relationship management, thought leadership, and leading cross-functional initiatives supporting the global stewardship program.

Manages investment and fund data across internal and external providers, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, quality, and governance. Investigates complex data issues, supports regulatory reporting and portfolio operations, and partners with stakeholders and vendors. Contributes to process improvements, automation, fund launches, system enhancements, and operational change initiatives. Requires strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, data management, investment knowledge, SQL, and Microsoft Office skills; Python automation experience is desirable.

Oversee daily OTC and exchange-traded derivatives operations, including margining, collateral management, reconciliations, cash movements, settlements, regulatory reporting, and swaps lifecycle events. Maintain ledger accounts and controls, prepare derivatives reporting, resolve operational exceptions, support risk mitigation and process improvements, and monitor regulatory changes. Serve as a subject matter expert by mentoring team members, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and maintaining process documentation.

Lead Vanguard Australia's conversion and discoverability strategy across Super and Direct Investment businesses. Own the conversion roadmap, experimentation program, SEO and AI-led discoverability, lead generation, nurture, and web acquisition experience. Lead specialists, use customer and performance data to identify growth opportunities, and partner across marketing, content, product, technology, and customer experience to improve engagement and customer acquisition.
