The Client Services Associate will respond to client inquiries, resolve complex issues, ensure timely deliverables, and support service improvements while maintaining knowledge of Vanguard's offerings.

Lead applied research and R&D for fixed income trading: design and deploy advanced ML and deep learning solutions, manage multidisciplinary research projects, build custom architectures, create OOS/simulation/backtest evaluation frameworks, and collaborate on quantitative trading workflows.

Support product positioning and analysis across equity, fixed income and multi-asset funds. Maintain competitor research, respond to product queries, prepare due diligence and product reviews, and contribute to thought leadership and content with marketing partners.

Lead oversight, QA and control activities across Superannuation and Direct Investments. Monitor high-risk processes, manage vendor governance, investigate exceptions, drive process improvements and support team capability and stakeholder engagement to ensure compliance and operational resilience.

Participate in trustee governance activities for Vanguard Super, overseeing service provider oversight, policy development, due diligence, Board papers, project oversight, and regulator engagement support.

Lead product research and strategy for Vanguard Australia, defining research priorities, producing decision-ready governance papers, and aligning product roadmaps across local and global stakeholders. Manage and develop a team of three product researchers, coordinate cross-functional priorities, and drive stakeholder alignment within a matrixed environment.

The Business Development Associate will increase Vanguard's market presence by achieving sales targets, managing client relationships, and supporting key accounts through virtual communication.

Lead and execute oversight, QA, and control testing across superannuation and direct investments. Monitor vendor performance, manage exceptions, drive root-cause analysis and process improvements, support onboarding, coach team members, and collaborate with risk, compliance and stakeholders to uphold regulatory obligations and operational resilience.

The Data Privacy Analyst ensures compliance with privacy laws, performs risk assessments, provides oversight for privacy policies, monitors emerging privacy risks, and engages with business leaders to mitigate privacy incidents.
