Lead a global team managing critical infrastructure and platform operations, driving reliability, incident and risk management, lifecycle upgrades, and operational improvements. Develop strategies for resilience and service quality, manage vendor relationships, influence enterprise technology priorities, and build high-performing teams through coaching and succession planning.

Respond to and resolve complex security incidents, perform root-cause analysis, build detections and automation, monitor third-party suppliers, conduct audits, correlate data from CND tools, and coordinate cross-functional and executive communications to improve security posture.

Lead and deliver strategy workstreams: structure ambiguous problems, conduct market and competitive analysis, build business cases, support enterprise strategic planning and governance, produce executive-level materials, track performance and OKRs, coach junior analysts, and translate insights into recommendations for senior stakeholders.

Lead and perform daily cash, position, and transaction reconciliations; resolve escalations and provide 4-eyes sign-off; coordinate and authorize team deliverables; lead process improvements and projects; produce management reports; and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and banks to ensure timely, accurate reconciliations.

Lead end-to-end product design across complex, multi-product experience areas. Shape product and experience vision, apply qualitative and quantitative research, advance design systems, influence senior stakeholders, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and coach/raise capability of other designers.

Review and validate financial and regulatory reporting for managed funds and ETFs under Australian standards. Perform analytical reviews, resolve reporting exceptions, support distributions, liaise with auditors and custodians, maintain controls and documentation, and contribute to process improvements and implementation of regulatory and accounting changes.

Provide high-touch technical support to executives and stakeholders for Windows devices, Microsoft 365, Teams, meeting room and hybrid event technologies. Coordinate readiness checks, deliver real-time event support, troubleshoot issues, escalate as needed, maintain documentation, and contribute to continuous improvement of digital workplace services.

Lead end-to-end delivery of production-ready ML solutions: translate business problems, design and validate models, operationalise pipelines, deploy and monitor models, and mentor junior data scientists while ensuring model governance, explainability and business impact.
