monday.com is growing and looking for a Scale Partner Manager for APAC, based out of our Sydney office. This role includes managing all relationships and sales efforts with our Authorized and Bronze partners, including direct client-facing responsibilities mainly for strategic business. The Scale Partner Manager is responsible for the constant growth of their partners’ business and teams, and to manage together with them their pipeline and forecasts. The role may also include recruit new business partners and developing partnership from scratch.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, strategic relationships with key business partners. Gain a deep understanding of their unique needs, goals, and objectives to tailor your approach and drive mutual success.
  • Growth and Strategy Development: Design and implement a comprehensive partner strategy aimed at driving substantial sales growth, increasing revenue, and organizing impactful co-marketing events.
  • Training and Enablement: Provide exceptional training, enablement, and ongoing support to our partners. Equip them with the essential tools, resources, and knowledge needed to effectively sell and implement monday.com.
  • Partner Engagement: Recruit new partners and manage a portfolio of 30-40 top-tier partners, preparing them for a successful transition into channel partnerships while ensuring their continued success and growth.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or partnership management.
  • Demonstrated success in building and managing high-performing partner relationships, with a proven track record of driving results.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
  • Familiarity with the monday.com platform is highly advantageous.
