Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L2/L3 production support for SAP EWM modules.
- Analyse, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents, service requests, and system issues within
agreed SLAs.
- Support inbound, outbound, internal warehouse, and inventory management processes.
- Monitor EWM queues, IDocs, RF framework, and background jobs.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (MM, SD, PP, TM, BASIS, ABAP) for issue resolution.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive solutions.
- Support system enhancements, configuration changes, and minor developments.
- Prepare and maintain functional documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
- Assist with testing (unit, integration, UAT) and transport management.
- Support warehouse users, provide training, and handle user queries.
- Participate in cutover activities, go-live, and hypercare support as required.
Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP EWM Support (Embedded or Decentralized).
- Good understanding of:
o Warehouse structure and master data
o Inbound & outbound processes
o Internal warehouse processes (putaway, picking, replenishment)
o Physical inventory and cycle counting
- Experience with RF Framework, Handling Units (HU), Wave Management, and Manifest
Management (if applicable).
- Knowledge of integration with S/4HANA (MM, SD, PP).
- Ability to debug and work with ABAP developers for issue resolution.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (/SCWM/MON, SMQ1/SMQ2, SLG1).
- Good communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualification:
- SAP EWM Certification
• Experience in S/4HANA EWM
- Exposure to warehouse automation or third-party integrations
- Experience in 24x7 support environments
