Position Summary

**This is a fully remote or hybrid opportunity for qualified candidates**

The Sales Strategy Consultant – Enterprise Accounts will develop and execute effective sales strategies in conjunction with the Regional Sales Lead to exceed National Account business development goals and objectives.
Fundamental Components:

Support a multi-year sales process as a strategic business partner to Regional Sales Lead.  Develop and maintain a multi-year pipeline and robust strategy to optimize the positioning of Aetna’s products and services to exceed National Account growth objectives.

 

This role supports the Regional Sales Lead in executing a proactive sales strategy by serving as a strategic business partner to both internal and external constituents (peers, producers, prospects).  Specific responsibilities will be to assess the competitive environment and collaborate to define and execute sales strategies to exceed targets, maintain and update prospect specific pipeline and strategy, support prospecting and target marketing strategies, and the execution of Aetna’s response to a RFP including defining strategy, qualitative and quantitative responses, finalist preparation, and participation in finalist.  The role will also support administrative requirements for collaboration with these partners including CRM entry, reporting, form submissions, and analysis of key components of qualitative and quantitative dynamics of region and targeted prospective clients.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of Healthcare sales experience preferably working with large National Accounts.
  • Sales Strategy Experience.
  • Expected ability to travel - 10%

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Health and Life License in state of residence. If not currently licensed, licensing activity will be coordinated upon acceptance of the position.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.
  • Demonstrated experience working as an Account Manager within healthcare and large National Accounts.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$54,300.00 - $145,860.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
