Your Role:
We’re looking for a strategic, detail-oriented Senior Communications Specialist to join our team and help shape employee narratives across the company. In this role, you’ll play a key part in driving executive communications for our CEO, supporting organizational storytelling and vision development for departmental/senior leaders, and driving an enterprise-wide FAQ/Q&A strategy to help leaders stay ahead of employee sentiment and emerging questions. You’ll also serve as a generalist, jumping in where needed to support the Employee Communications Team with cross-functional communications, reviewing content, and helping keep our messaging sharp, timely, and aligned. Your Work:
May be responsible for editing and coordinating multiple employee publications or communications vehicles targeted to companywide or divisional audiences.
Develops and maintains thorough understanding of business priorities, key business drivers, stakeholders, and new and ongoing initiatives within the company.
Partners closely with senior and executive leadership teams to remain current on challenges and opportunities affecting the company and its employees. Makes recommendations on how to best frame and position key issues through strategic communications counsel, supported by targeted communications tactics.
Develops targeted employee and stakeholder messages for initiatives, topics and issues, and uses these consistently across communication platforms.
Identifies and proposes new strategies for communicating effectively with diverse employee populations.
Develops and produces content for intranet, leadership emails, presentations and other collateral as needed.
Manages design, development and production of collateral to ensure they meet company brand identity standards.
Defines communications objectives and measures and monitors progress against those metrics accordingly.
Establishes and maintains collaborative relationships with representatives of all divisions.
Required Experience, Education and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communication, English or related field required.
6+ years of professional communication experience required.

Able to think outside the communication function and apply the same standards of judgment to other business plans.

Lives into cultural norms (e.g., willing to have cameras when it matters: helping onboard new team members, building relationships, etc.).
Travels as needed for role, including divisional / team meetings and other in-person meetings.
Fulfills business needs, which may include investing extra time, helping other teams, etc.
