How you’ll make an impact:


As a Sales Operations Manager you will manage the AU Sales Operations team, who implement and streamline sales systems processes, manage our sales database administration and develop reporting resources to support the AU Go-To-Market team. You’ll work with the AU Sales Director and regional Sales leadership team to deliver on AU Go-To-Market sales strategies. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, expertise in sales operations, and the ability to transform data into actionable insights.

What you'll do:

  • Manage a team of 2 sales operations analysts, determining the team’s strategies and priorities whilst ensuring positive engagement
  • Create, maintain and share reports and analysis relating to Go-To-Market team KPIs and targets
  • Collaborate with sales and operation’s leadership to evaluate and optimise sales processes, ensuring efficiency and alignment with business objectives
  • Assist with the design, implementation, and utilisation of the sales tech stack, support tools and processes
  • Encourage CRM system data quality control via reporting and training
  • Provide training and guidance around Salesforce best practices for the Go-To-Market teams
  • Liaise with relevant teams regarding CRM system issues and enhancements including acting as an SME where appropriate
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements through data analysis and recommend actionable solutions
  • Lead the development of accurate sales forecasts through comprehensive analysis of historical data, market trends, and sales pipeline information
  • Work closely with the finance team to ensure alignment between sales forecasts and overall budgeting processes
  • Act as a trusted advisor to global and regional cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and IT, to understand business needs and align analytics initiatives with organisational goals
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership, influencing decision-making processes

What you'll bring with you:

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in sales operations, analytics, or a related role
  • Direct leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software (Excel, Tableau, PowerBI, Salesforce) with strong SQL knowledge
  • Familiarity with sales processes, CRM systems, and sales performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience using CRM - data input, cleansing, administration
  • Excellent initiative and problem-solving skills
