Are you a systems thinker who loves building clean, automated processes that make sales teams thrive? At Contour Education, we are on a mission to reshape education by connecting students with high-quality tutoring programs that inspire confidence and deliver results.

As a Sales Operations Analyst (HubSpot), you will be the architect of Contour’s sales engine. This newly created, high-impact role is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the workflows, automations, and reports that power our sales function across three brands.

You will work closely with the Sales Manager to optimise performance, partner with the CRM Manager to ensure scalability, and collaborate with marketing and data teams to unify reporting across the customer journey. This is not a ticket-processing role. You will be a builder, operator, and problem-solver who turns friction into efficiency.

This is a hands-on, builder role where you will directly influence how sales processes run across Contour Education, Contour MedPrep, and Contour TestPrep.

What You Will Do
  • Build the ‘HubSpot Engine’ for Growth: Architect, refine, and maintain the workflows that power lead routing, deal progression, and follow-up sequences across all brands.
  • Automate and Accelerate: Identify repetitive, manual processes and transform them into smart automations that drive efficiency, consistency, and faster response times across the sales funnel.
  • Design Smart Lead Logic: Create and document the logic behind lead scoring, routing, and SLA tracking.
  • Own the Funnel Visibility: Build and maintain clear, actionable dashboards that surface key insights on conversion, contactability, and team performance.
  • Find and Fix Funnel Friction: Analyze the sales and marketing funnel to uncover bottlenecks, optimize conversion paths, and guide cross-functional teams toward continuous improvement.
  • Protect Data Integrity: Maintain clean, structured, and scalable HubSpot data.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership: Work side-by-side with the Sales Manager to define KPIs, monitor team performance, and implement operational improvements that drive revenue results.
  • Align with CRM Governance: Collaborate with the CRM Manager to ensure all workflows, data structures, and automations align with company-wide CRM standards and strategy.
  • Connect Marketing, Sales, and Data: Partner with Marketing and Data teams to enhance source tracking, attribution, and full-funnel reporting.
  • Enable and Empower Teams: Train sales reps and team leads on new systems, workflows, and best practices.


What You Will Bring
  • Proven experience creating HubSpot workflows, automations, and reports from scratch
  • HubSpot Sales Hub Certification with strong understanding of pipelines, lead routing, scoring, and SLA management
  • Demonstrated success improving funnel efficiency and conversion through automation
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills for training non-technical users
  • High attention to detail with a strong focus on data hygiene
  • Experience with tools like Aircall, Cal.com, or similar integrations
  • Background in fast-scaling or multi-location environments, ideally in education or services
  • Analytical, curious, and proactive with a builder mindset focused on simplicity and efficiency
  • Collaborative and solution-oriented, taking full ownership of systems and sustainable results
