The Relationship Manager- Hybrid team are the pillars of partnership driving the ResCom sales team for realestate.com.au. You will be the strategic partner that is the link between our customers and the people that can drive growth and success.

You’ll work as part of a cross functional team known as a HIVE which consists of members who manage Specialist Sales, Success and Support.  When you join the Relationship Manager- Hybrid team within the Customer Group you join a wider group of like-minded individuals representing product, IT, sales and marketing, supported by PR, communications, HR, finance, legal – all the people you need to create products our consumers love and customers value.

With realestate.com.au being the number one destination for people interested in property in Australia, as you can imagine - the group of legends working on our little red house are very passionate about what they do.

What the role is all about: 

The Sales Manager Relationship Manager Hybrid supports the Customer sales team (residential & commercial) in the following ways: 

  • Ensuring team members are coached and motivated, achieving team revenue budget and ensuring adoption of solution selling and other sales techniques are applied
  • Represent the customer within the organization to ensure their views are heard and that their issues are solved for with sentiment being a key driver  
  • Deliver improvements to customer satisfaction and drive update of products and services
  • Work closely with Head of Relationship Managers on key initiatives
  • Work with Residential and Commercial Product teams to help drive customer understanding and improve and drive strategy
  • Act as conduit of strategy to Sales Manager cohort Nationally
  • Champion Customer engagement Nationally.
  • Work closely with Hive Managers to maximise impact and cooperation of teams Nationally

Who we’re looking for  

  • Someone with a few runs on the board - Proven experience preferred in leading and managing a team of Salespeople or demonstrated leadership capabilities within previous roles
  • Ability to take on board feedback and be coached in order to learn and develop
  • Strong sales and customer service skills 
  • Demonstrate people management skills, including the ability to coach and mentor team members  
  • Looks at tricky situations through a solutions-focused lens 
  • Strong Industry background working with Prop Tech solutions to grow Real Estate businesses
  • Work productively in a fast paced and agile environment - #gsd (urban dictionary will help on this one!)
