The Job:
As a Sales Manager – End to End Solutions, you’ll be leading our Victoria End to End Solutions Team with a focus on driving growth and profitability by developing and executing sales plans and strengthening customer relationships.

You will get too:

  • Oversee and analyse state sales performance and margin expansion.
  • Develop and execute customer growth plans focusing on key customers
  • Target top 10 state end users with growth plans.
  • Coach and support the sales team to ensure disciplined sales execution.
  • Expand margins through directional selling and manage product mix.

The Person:
You love to learn and grow and be acknowledged for your valuable contributions. You’re not intimidated by innovation. Wouldn’t it be great if you could do your job and do a world of good? In fact, you embrace it. You also have:

  • Experience in strategic sales and customer relationship development.
  • Previous experience in a leadership position within a sales or similar environment.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills.
  • Experience using various computer systems such as Microsoft, SharePoint, Salesforce or similar.
  • Ability to analyse sales performance and drive margin expansion.
  • Experience in training and coaching team members on features and benefits of products
  • Experience or exposure in the Tool Industry, Construction or similar would be highly regarded.
