Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Your Role

As National Sales Manager – Australia, you will play a pivotal role in driving profitable growth across the region. Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for managing key dealer relationships, supporting end-user engagement, and executing the national sales strategy across Food, Beverage, and Laundry segments. You will lead a team of Dealer Account Managers and collaborate closely with consultants, designers, and internal stakeholders to ensure our solutions meet customer needs and market demands.

 

A Typical Day

  • Lead and support a team of Dealer Account Managers across Australia and New Zealand.
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue and margin targets.
  • Build strong relationships with dealers, consultants, and end users to promote Electrolux Professional solutions.
  • Provide guidance on product selection, pricing, and availability.
  • Collaborate with marketing, customer care, and technical support to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Represent Electrolux Professional at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.

Qualifications

WHAT’S NEEDED FOR YOU TO THRIVE

 
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles within the commercial food, beverage, or laundry industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing dealer networks.
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of B2B sales cycles.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred), Excel, and other business applications.
  • Willingness to travel across Australia as required.
