What you’ll achieve

As a Sales Executive, you will play a vital role in our sales team, responsible for managing a defined portfolio of healthcare clients across Victoria and Tasmania as well as a radiology PACS, VNA portfolio for the ANZ market.

Your client base will include long-term partners as well as new clients you develop, leveraging our large and growing suite of solutions.

Working with an extended team of highly skilled colleagues, you will be responsible for achieving quarterly and annual sales and revenue targets within your assigned region and client base.

You will:

  • Drive sales of Dedalus radiology solutions (25%) across ANZ to meet sales and revenue targets, increasing market share and solution penetration.
  • Drive sales of Dedalus Hospital (75%) solutions across Victoria to meet sales and revenue targets, increasing market share and solution penetration.
  • Create and execute territory business plans and initiatives, with the ability to review, refine, and redirect plans in line with business priorities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across client organisations, from clinical users to the C-Suite.
  • Ensure responsiveness to customer needs and identify opportunities for improvements in service, staffing, and operations to increase customer satisfaction.
  • Consistently utilise and update Dedalus sales tools.
  • Align Dedalus capabilities cross-functionally to support the customer experience and the sales journey.
  • Progress opportunities with thoughtful internal alignment.

Here’s what you’ll need to succeed:

Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (minimum)
  • Experience working with a radiology software vendor or healthcare provider
  • Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in complex sales environments
  • Strong understanding of the Radiology Imaging sector, including public and private Health systems
  • Solid demonstrable understanding of software sales and the role software plays in clinical and administrative workflows 
  • Extensive established connections within the Radiology sector

Desired Requirements

  • Strong understanding of the Healthcare sector, including the NSW and ACT public and private Health systems
  • Experience with CRM systems.
  • Clinical experience in public or private hospital or end user clinical applications delivery / training experience.
  • Established connections within the wider healthcare sector
  • Ability to represent company with confidence to both internal and external customers 
  • Intermediate to advanced computer literacy is required 
  • Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft 365 skills
