The Sales Executive will drive growth in the AECO markets by acquiring new clients, managing sales cycles, and collaborating with teams to enhance product adoption.
dRofus, a subsidiary of the Nemetschek Group, is a global leader in providing data management and collaboration solutions for the Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Operations (AECO) industry. dRofus enables project stakeholders to manage, structure, and synchronize critical building and infrastructure information throughout the entire asset lifecycle. The platform supports data-driven decision-making and project transparency for some of the most complex facilities in the world, including airports, hospitals, and educational campuses.
dRofus is seeking a Sales Executive to drove growth and expand dRofus' presence across the Australian and APAC AECO markets. The role is focused on new logo acquisition, consultative enterprise selling, and relationship development with owners, operators, consultants, and design teams engaged in large-scale infrastructure projects, particularly in airport and healthcare sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a structured sales plan for accelerating dRofus adoption across target AECO market segments.
- Identify and qualify new opportunities with owners, consultants, and government agencies within the infrastructure and airport sectors.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and positioning through negotiation and closure, with a focus on recurring SaaS revenue.
- Collaborate with technical consultants, customer success managers, and marketing teams to align customer needs with product capabilities.
- Maintain strong product and market knowledge across dRofus' solutions, integrations, BIM workflows, and the broader AECO technology ecosystem.
- Contribute market insight and client feedback to support business strategy and product development.
- Focus on new logo sales and improvement of the sales rate.
Communication and Decision-Making
The role predominantly communicates with external partners, especially customers, and supports commercial decision-making through active ownership of sales cycles and opportunity development.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience may be considered in lieu of degrees.
- Around 5 years of relevant experience in enterprise SaaS sales is expected.
- Educational background in architecture, construction, or engineering is preferred.
- Relevant industry background and knowledge in architecture, engineering, or construction-related environments is preferred.
- Hunter mentality, self-driven approach, and strong communication skills are important.
- English is required as a working language.
