Job Description

Join a team dedicated to helping more Australians protect what matters most by supporting advisers who guide critical life insurance decisions every day. In this role, you will contribute to TAL’s purpose by building meaningful partnerships, enabling advisers to deliver confidence and security to their clients. As part of a collaborative and high-performing national sales community, you will play a key role in strengthening relationships, expanding reach and ensuring TAL continues to show up for customers and partners when they need us most.

  • Manage and grow a panel of advisers to drive strong, sustained sales performance
  • Represent TAL at industry and partner events to build brand presence and generate new adviser opportunities
  • Deliver compelling product and service insights that strengthen TAL’s value to adviser businesses
  • Develop and execute targeted activity plans to maximise engagement and business growth
  • Provide high-quality training and support to uplift adviser capability and advocacy
  • Collaborate nationally to share insights, identify opportunities and continuously improve adviser outcomes

Qualifications

  • Solid understanding of life insurance products, advice practices and regulatory requirements to confidently support advisers
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships quickly and create meaningful partnerships
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to be clear, straightforward and influential
  • Self-motivated and organised, with the ability to manage priorities and deliver results autonomously
  • Commercially minded with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving problems
  • Acts with integrity and accountability, consistently doing the right thing for customers, advisers and TAL
