We’re looking for a highly organised and customer-focused CI Sales Coordinator to join our Construction Industries team based in Acacia Ridge, Brisbane.


In this role, you’ll be right in the action, supporting sales representatives, internal teams and customers to keep new equipment orders moving smoothly. From documentation and delivery updates to system records and customer touchpoints, you’ll help create a connected experience and be part of a team that is building momentum, capability and opportunity.


What you’ll be doing

As a CI Sales Coordinator, you will:

  • Coordinate and process equipment sales orders, ensuring accurate and timely administration from order entry through to delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records across sales, inventory, customer and financial systems, including DEX, HD360, AX and related reporting tools where required.
  • Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, workshops, logistics and transport.
  • Monitor customer orders and proactively communicate updates, risks, delays or changes to ensure a strong customer experience.
  • Support data quality, system updates and compliance requirements to ensure information is current, accurate and aligned to business processes.
  • Assist with customer touchpoints, handover coordination and post-sale administration to support a connected customer experience.
  • Contribute to process improvement, standardised ways of working and continuous improvement initiatives across the CI Sales Coordination team.

What you’ll need

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced administration, sales coordination, customer service, trade, workshop, parts, service or equipment support role.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately with data, documentation and system updates.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines and stakeholder requests.
  • Confident communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal teams, suppliers and customers.
  • Sound computer skills, including Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • An interest in sales operations, customer experience and business performance, with the ability to understand key metrics and apply insights to day-to-day work.
  • A fitter, technician or operational team member with a genuine interest in moving into a sales career pathway is strongly encouraged to apply.
  • Experience using ERP, CRM or sales management systems such as Microsoft Dynamics AX, DEX or HD360 is desirable, but not essential.
  • A proactive mindset, willingness to learn and a continuous improvement approach.
  • The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while taking ownership of individual responsibilities.
