Your role as a Sales Consultant will be managing a rolling portfolio of customers throughout the Novated lease sales process. Each opportunity within this customer segment is to be handled as a sales conversion opportunity that informs the customer of the benefits of a Fully Maintained Novated Lease and the service that Oly Novated Leasing can offer. You will be required to facilitate conversations within potential employers and employees to close the sale.

You will have highly developed consultative selling skills and the ability to achieve lead conversion targets through effective objection handling skills. With a competitive Base + uncapped commissions you will be rewarded for your work and effort.

The Oly learning and development team will provide you with all the ins and outs of Novated Leasing before you are given warm leads to make sure you are confident with how a Novated lease works. Training will be provided on all aspects of the role.

The Role:

  • Assist customer from first enquiry to delivery of vehicle via outbound / inbound calls, demonstrating exceptional customer service in all interactions
  • Facilitate Employer discussions around the Novated Lease offering.
  • Achieve set financial, product conversion, channel conversion, portfolio management targets within agreed SLA and KPI
  • Work with Oly’s preferred dealer network to source and secure vehicle quotations / estimates for customers
  • Support customer experience by providing quotations / estimates for customers and/or guidance around the benefits of Oly’s product / service offering to that of our competitors
  • Understanding the competitive landscape and broker model within the Australian market
  • Work with internal and external colleagues and third parties to deliver an exceptional service experience for our customers
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal business rules

You will bring:

  • VCE or equivalent
  • Experience within a high-volume sales environment
  • Phone sales experience within an inbound / outbound environment
  • Novated Leasing / Fleet Leasing / Motor Vehicle / Financial Services experience (highly desirable but not essential)
  • CRM Systems experience highly desirable
