Here’s how you will make a difference in this role… 

We are looking for an organised, proactive Sales Coordinator to become the operational backbone of our Sales team.

This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You'll work closely with leaders across the business, coordinating activities, managing key business processes and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.   • Coordinating leadership schedules, meetings, agendas and action items to keep priorities on track.
  • Preparing reports and business insights that support decision-making and identify trends.
  • Managing administrative processes that support sales, partnerships and business operations.
  • Maintaining operational systems, shared inboxes, workflow delegations and system access.
  • Monitoring compliance activities, including mandatory training, governance requirements and business records.
  • Organising and maintaining business documentation, ensuring records remain accurate and up to date.
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, consistency and the overall team experience.
  • Building strong relationships across the business to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

We're looking for someone who is highly organised, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a genuine passion for helping teams succeed.

To be considered for this role you will have: 

  • Experience in a Sales Coordinator, Team Assistant or Business Support role
  • Previous experience supporting sales, marketing or commercial teams
  • Strong administration, reporting and documentation skills
  • Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • The ability to prioritise competing tasks and meet deadlines
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Experience using business systems or CRMs, with exposure to Workday or Concur viewed favourably
  • Thrive in a busy role
  • Think ahead and anticipates what's needed
  • An ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the business.
  • Experience in improving processes and finding smarter ways of working
  • An understands how great support contributes to commercial success and customer outcomes
