Job Description

About the role

We have a great opportunity for a full time Retail Sales Assistant to join our team.  You will be responsible for providing support to our team and loyal customer base. Reporting to the Store Manager, this role has a focus on providing exceptional customer service as well as play a key role in achieving store targets.

What you’ll do

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and product advice.
  • Contribute to achieving store sales and performance targets.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and well-presented store environment.
  • Assist with stock management, merchandising, and inventory control.
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety practices.

Qualifications

About you

You’re hands-on, customer-focused, and eager to learn. Leadership is a growth area, and you’re ready to develop your skills while supporting the team.

You’ll also bring:

  • Strong work ethic and organisational skills
  • Previous experience in retail or customer service (preferred)
  • A genuine passion for helping customers.
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the business.
