Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, acting as their primary point of contact.
  • Drive sales growth through effective account management, strategic planning, and business development activities.
  • Identify opportunities to expand product penetration and increase share of wallet within existing accounts.
  • Prospect and develop new customers within targeted industrial sectors.
  • Conduct regular customer visits to understand operational challenges and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Provide technical and commercial recommendations that deliver measurable value for customers.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and account development plans.
  • Collaborate with technical, customer service, and supply chain teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, opportunity pipelines, and sales forecasts within CRM systems.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to support business growth.
  • Represent Freudenberg at industry events, trade shows, and customer forums.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in Account Management, Business Development, Technical Sales, Reliability Services, Maintenance, or a related industrial environment.
  • Strong relationship-building and customer engagement skills.
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to identify and convert growth opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer priorities.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel regularly.

  • Industrial Lubrication, Reliability Engineering or Asset Management
  • Mining, Manufacturing, Power Generation, Oil & Gas, Heavy Industry or Rail.
