Manage existing customer relationships, grow accounts, prospect new industrial customers, and provide technical and commercial recommendations. Prepare proposals, quotations, and account plans while collaborating with technical, service, and supply chain teams. Maintain CRM records, pipelines, and forecasts; monitor market and competitor trends; conduct customer visits; and represent the company at industry events. Regular travel and a valid driver’s licence are required.

Leads national key-account growth and commercial strategy, including customer plans, contract negotiations, product listings, sales and trade marketing budgets, distributor performance, business reviews, reporting, and top-customer relationships. The role requires strong FMCG commercial expertise, P&L understanding, negotiation skills, strategic thinking, analytical ability, and fluent English.

Provide technical sales and application engineering support, working independently to lead small projects, solve complex problems, advise junior staff, explain technical information to stakeholders, contribute to process improvements, and integrate best practices across teams.

Identify and qualify new business, conduct customer outreach, present products and samples, prepare quotations, process orders in SAP, maintain CRM records, monitor market trends, support lead generation with marketing and account teams, manage dispatch/admin tasks, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental policies.
