The Opportunity 

The Sales Administrator is responsible for supporting Vivi’s Sales and CSM teams by management of quoting, customer agreement processes, as well as ensuring CRM hygiene and database augmentation.

Sales Administrator Responsibilities

  • CRM deal and contact creation & optimisation currently managed by sales
  • Create and send quotes for customers and prospects
  • Ensure Customer Agreements are current and up to date
  • CRM Database augmentation (research prospects and enter into CRM)
  • CRM Hygiene – ensure clean contact and company data in CRM (update contact info, remove duplicates etc)
  • Assist sales and CSM team with general administrative activities (i.e. password resets)
  • Support to the wider Operations team (ie when team goes on leave etc, back up for processing orders)
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills

  • Highly organized and detail orientated
  • Positive can-do attitude, no task is too big or too small
  • Ability to multi-task and work within a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with MS Office Suite and MS Excel in particular is essential
  • Experience with HubSpot is advantageous
