Profile Requirements:
- Min 2.5 years proven experience with Power Automate Desktop RPA tool is ideal, but other RPA tool experience is still a huge plus (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).
- Proficiency in programming/scripting languages (e.g., Python, C#, Java, VBA).
- Knowledge of process analysis and optimization techniques.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
Core responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions to optimize business processes.
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions.
- Maintain and troubleshoot RPA solutions to ensure stability and performance.
- Document automation workflows and provide training to users when necessary.
- Ensure RPA solutions adhere to security and compliance standards.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in RPA technology.
