- Package: $70,000 plus 12% Superannuation.
- Reports: This role reports directly to the Human Resource Manager.
- Hours: Monday to Friday 6:45 AM - 3:15 PM

Our Rostering Specialist is known internally as a Programs Implementation Manager. Your responsibilities include:
- Logistic Laureate: Manage staffing across our OSHC services in four states of Australia. You’re the one who makes sure the math adds up so the fun can continue!
- Emergency Hero: When a staff member is sick, you’re the one who saves the day by planning for the perfect backup.
- Great Communicator: You’ll be the bridge between our Educators, managers, and stakeholders, keeping everyone in the loop.
- Solution Superstar: Use your "can-do" attitude to tackle changes, knowing you have a supportive network of colleagues in your corner.
No child care experience? No worries! We value your people skills and organisational skills above all else. This is a people role, so if you’ve worked in rostering or people workflow before, you’ll know people in child care are the same as people everywhere! To be our next superhero, you’ll need to be a:
- Professional Organiser: You’re the person with the plan.
- Communication Maestro: You can talk to anyone, clearly and warmly, via all channels.
- Tech Master: You’re a pro with Google Suite (Gmail, Sheets, Docs) or know you can learn.
- Experienced Rosterer: Experience in emergency shift filling, rostering, or HR is an advantage.
