Provide inclusive after-school and vacation care at Glenroy West Primary School, leading safe, engaging activities, preparing healthy snacks, supporting stakeholder engagement, and assisting in integrated OSHC programs. Ensure child safety and inclusion while completing required trainings and checks.

Coordinate and deliver Out of School Hours Care programs: plan engaging activities, maintain a safe inclusive environment, prepare healthy snacks, manage daily operations, ensure compliance and Assessment & Rating readiness, liaise with stakeholders, and support educator development.

Coordinate and lead Out-of-School Hours Care (OSHC) programs: plan activities, ensure safety and inclusion, prepare snacks, manage daily operations, support compliance/Assessment & Ratings, engage school and community stakeholders, and mentor staff.

Lead and manage the school's Outside School Hours Care service: plan and deliver play-based programs, supervise educators, ensure child safety and regulatory compliance, prepare meals, build relationships with families and school leadership, and support Assessment & Ratings and staff development.

Manage staff rostering across OSHC services in four states, fill emergency shifts, communicate with educators and managers, and solve scheduling issues using Google Suite. Provide day-to-day rostering operations and stakeholder coordination to ensure service coverage.
